Our room as well as the hotel itself is seriously lacking in maintenance. The best meal i have had in tulum in a cool location on rooftop. The yoga classes are brilliant and the cats on the property were comforting to us being away from our cats at home. The last time my local ID was not good enough, might have been expired I don't know, I even had my local power bill with my name on it that they didn't want to take at first.
